Power Supply Requirement:
This controller requires a 5V wall charger with a USB Type-A port for power. The charger is not included in the package and can be purchased separately from our store or from other retailers.

Returns and Refunds Policy:
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns. However, if we agree to a return for change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
